It has some scuffs but this does not affect mobility. Comes with all original instructions and manuals. The cheapest i've seen used is I am selling a Luggie scooter FR168-4 it. This item is used but completely works.
Unfortunately, as of now, I can't find the charger but you can purchase one for 58 on and took 150 off my original listing price plus i'm covering shipping so definitely win.
